Job Title: SMT Operator

Shift: Swing

Nature of Work:
Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.

1) Must Know how to operate the Fuji eqiupment and MPM Solder Printers.
2) Must know how to set-up feeders and Identify feeder zises.
3) Must apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
4) Works on assignments that are semiroutine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices.
5) Normally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions only on new assignments.
6) Must display the ability to read, understand and follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs)
7) Must have a minimum of 2 yrs. experience in a high volume PCBA manufacturing environment

Job Requirements:

1) Must be available for OT and weekend work as required in addition to minimum 40 hr./wk.
2) Must be able to read and understand english.
3) Must be able to unders tand feeder sizes and and set-up sheets.
