The Marketing Analyst will work with the Marketing Manager to execute and report on existing client campaigns. He/She is assigned to a primary group of client campaigns and works to maintain and grow these most effectively. He/She is extremely analytical, resourceful, and detail-orientated.
Responsibilities
• Works closely with Marketing Manager to understand client needs and executes to develop, launch, and grow marketing campaigns • Compiles reports on campaign progress, highlighting opportunities to optimize and grow the campaign • Supports the creation and implementation of direct marketing strategy for client including AB testing initiatives, brand compliance, and overall conversion improvements • Manages monthly lead reconciliations and client billings • Works cross-functionally coordinating and filing request for new client launches and campaign changes • Works with Marketing Manager and/or Engineers to troubleshoot as necessary
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Business related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. spreadsheet formatting, pivot tables, graphs) • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and all levels of staff • Is able to carry out complex analysis with minimal guidance, is extremely comfortable with numbers • Is able to learn new concepts/software and get up to speed very quickly • Is a self-starter and is very organized and proactive and resourceful in carrying out work assignments and following through • Has a strong interest in consumer marketing and understanding what makes people transact online
